The story behind the Banana Cake panjang banar nya ceritanya...Cani that night kami ani kan satisfy craving sorang-sorang. Banana Cake ani kan to satisfy craving c Iffah sebelum ya balik London.
Cana boleh Banana Cake aku pun tak tahu, tarus-tarus ya cakap arah ku and Ain, Kata c Iffah " heh kamu buat banana cake tani " masa kami bali barang di Tesco...haha cali jua 2...Yatah on the last night the girls di rumah we cook up...Banana Cake for Iffah, Tart Custart for Ain and Karipuff for me~...Astah banar kami masak semua ani in one night oh yeah tambahan jua malam atu buat cucur pisang...
But today, Lin share Banana Cake ja, ok? Enjoy simple and nice...enjoy...Banarnya Lin inda suka ikut instruction especially masa masak tapi kan Lin very serious on instruction time-time baking ani sal Lin inda jua berapa ada the hand or skills in baking...Buat tapak kuda ada lah...haha masa raya plg 2...So jangan terkejut me-liat instruction and detail on how to make the cake...So try it
And And its my first time buat Banana Cake and Alhamdulillah baik pun menjadi...Very recommended for you guys to try! Nyaman banar masa ya dah masak ish ish the girls abiskan ani wah handal handal,haha...
- 3 Medium Bananas (approx 400g)
- 300g Self Raising Flour
- 150g Soft Butter
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 80g Walnuts or Sultanas
- 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil
- Turn on the oven, setting to 180 degrees / 350F / Gas mark 4.
- Grease the loaf tin with margarine & butter and line with greaseproof baking paper.
- Peel the bananas and mash them with fork until they are really mush.
- Chop up the walnuts reasonably finely
- Place butter and brown sugar into a mixing bowl and blend together with fork
- Stir in the bananas and chopped walnuts and mix throughtly. Add one egg and shift in half of the flour. Mix throughly in a figure of 8. Add reminding flour, egg and lemon juice then mix again in a figure eight.
- Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix throughly again in a figure of eight with fork.
- Pour the mixture into the loaf tin, smooth it level and place in oven for 45 minutes.
- When you take the cake out of the oven, take it out of tin and place it on a wire rack and something similar. This will stop the cake sweating and getting damp.
